Counting Down

Hello again Everyone!

Only 13 more days until I get to hug Nat and Mike and impress them with my Patois (that's the Jamaican language)!

Wednesday's Pastors' Breakfast was super successful. Thanks so much to all who prayed! Students and staff here all pitched in and worked hard to help make it happen. The final count was 58, including 15 Bible college students who showed up half-way through the program. It's the largest crowd we've had for this event and the coolest thing is that a lot of the pastors/ministry leaders stayed around and talked with each other at the end even though the program went 2 hours overtime (my brain is getting used to being event-oriented). It was obviouse that people left feeling encouraged. To God be the glory.

Sadly, my digital camera is nowhere to be found since that day. I'm hoping and praying that it's just tucked away in some nook or cranny where I haven't thought to look yet. This predicament makes it even more difficult for me to update my pictures but I'll see if I can show you photos from someone else's collection.

Things are going well with the Chile team. We'll be doing the first week of our local outreach in a town called Hopewell. It's about half and hour away and we're going to visit a church there tomorrow. When I asked the pastor for directions he said, "Tell da drivah to let you off at de playin field an den walk up da hill." Aparantly we can't miss it.

Good night Everyone and God bless you.
